Staffing
All staff attend regular training courses as part of their professional development and are either Montessori qualified or working towards a Montessori qualification. Every member of staff holds a fist aid certificate.
We offer work experience places for students.
Due to the individual nature of the Montessori approach we have a maximum staff : child ratio of 1:5. This enables us to meet the needs of all the children.
